REDI is an investment company founded by professionals with an experience of over 25 years in the real estate sector and construction, specialising in the management of redevelopment projects and urban regeneration. It proudly boasts a multidisciplinary team of collaborators with specific expertise in the areas of real estate finance, project and construction management and asset management.
REDI implements its projects using its own and third-party capital and with the help of partner construction companies, covering the’entire real estate investment chain with a particular focus on projects for the valorisation of existing heritage, so-called “value added”.

REDI's mission is based on three main milestones that qualify the company and each of its initiatives ESG compliant by definition.
Redevelopment of existing heritage
With the aim of contributing to the reduction of land consumption and to the sustainability of the building heritage, REDI's attention is focused on disused, obsolete building complexes or those in need of rethinking. The company's commitment focuses on optimising the redevelopment by enhancing the existing building, optimising and readapting the spaces to the new requirements, applying the most advanced technologies in terms of construction, plant engineering and IT systems, guaranteeing the lowest consumption, maximum comfort, and efficiency in the ordinary management and maintenance of the building.
Efficiency of the financial structure
REDI cares about and pays particular attention to its own and third party capital deployed by using financial vehicles regulated by Bank of Italy and in the vanguard with respect to the new requirements of segregation of capital deployed according to the specific risks related to the real estate transaction such as Securitisation 7.2 (Law 130/99) which guarantees the optimisation of the capital structure, an efficient management with maximum transparency for investors and the guarantee of an institutional vehicle.
Controlling operating and redevelopment costs
The experience gained by the REDI team in the construction industry since the late 1990s focuses on the management and containment of costs, in particular building site costs, as a driver of successful real estate operations. During the recent period marked by a high rate of inflation, with a major impact on construction sites, it has emerged how an accurate planning and control of the work to be carried out can contain any budget risk in the redevelopment process.
